McNaughton is a "car guy." He merged his love of cars with his professional interest in marketing
communications when he assumed a senior position on the Mercedes Benz business at Lowe & Partners
in 1991. In 1994 he joined McKinney & Silver to run the newly acquired Audi of America business.
He led the Audi business from virtual extinction in the US market at 12,000 units, to a recognized
and respected luxury marque with 80,000 unit sales. As partner and Executive Director of Account
Management, and architect of McKinney's 12-year relationship
with Audi, McNaughton successfully weathered several business cycles and management changes while
achieving an eight-fold increase in sales.
Thirteen years later, McNaughton left McKinney & Silver to start TreeFarm Partners, bringing more
than 25 years of account management expertise and experience on a wide range of businesses. Agency
experience includes stints at Ammirati & Puris, Lowe & Partners and most recently McKinney & Silver.
